Our project management package includes the following:
- A dedicated project manager who will handle all facets of the project.
- Frequent status updates as your project progresses.
- Oversight of logistics – coordinating shipment from the factory, scheduling the delivery date, and ensuring delivery is successful.
- Management of the installation team.
- Teamwork with the GC if there is construction onsite.
- Post-project care - we will follow up to ensure your space is exceeding your expectations!
