This warranty is extended only to the consumer who originally purchased the product. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.

This warranty does not cover:

Products from third-party brands
Shipping or carrier damage (please report all damage upon delivery; see our Return Policy for more information)
Natural variations in materials like wood or leather
Normal wear and tear from everyday use
Fading, staining, or finish changes over time
Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage from use
Improper installation or assembly
Misuse, neglect, or use outside of normal conditions
Use beyond standard commercial settings (40-hour work week)
Exceeding product weight limits (including seating over 275 lbs.)
Modifications or use of non-Juniper parts
Lack of regular care and maintenance
Unauthorized repair
External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control
High wear or consumable components (including casters, glides, arm pads, and electrical parts such as light bulbs, ballasts, and certain electronics)

Please note:
Warranty coverage applies to parts only and does not include labor.

If you purchased installation services and experience a warranty issue unrelated to installation, a service fee will apply for any return visit. If the issue is the result of installation, Juniper Office will send an installer back at no cost within 30 days of the original installation.

This warranty does not cover damage to other property, or any loss of use, downtime, or related costs.

Warranty Remediation

If a product is found to be defective during the Warranty Period, Juniper Office will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or defective part at no cost to you.

If the original product has been discontinued, we will determine and provide a comparable replacement of similar value and style based on our current offerings.

Initiating aWarranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please email support@juniperoffice.com with the following required information:

The original purchase receipt
Photos of the product defect
A brief description of the issue

JUNIPER OFFICE (“WE”) WARRANTS THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD (DEFINED ABOVE), THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.

WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
