Sales Process Timeline

That’s why we don’t pressure our clients in any way! We actually love our clients, and are thrilled we get to work with so many amazing people. Sales are the lifeblood of any business, no question. 

Any company worth its salt always has some sort of process they follow to keep those sales flowing. Frankly, we at Juniper are no different, but we’re interested in more than just pushing a sale. We’re genuinely interested in serving you and your project needs. 

Below, we’ll walk you through exactly what our sales process entails, and our hope is that as you learn about our step-by-step methods, you will be well-armed with all the knowledge you require to help you plan your next office investment. By the way––you can expect this level of professionalism from our sales team all the time, every time. 

Step 1: Client Makes Contact

During this step, you––the potential client––makes contact with us, whether that’s through a phone call, a contact form, a live chat, or an e-mail. You could even write us a note in the sky if you’d like, and we’ll be sure to get back to you posthaste. Just kidding. We will get back to you in a speedy manner though, however you choose to reach out to us.

Step 2: Juniper Makes Contact

As mentioned, we do like to respond as quickly as possible. Once you’ve made contact with us and provided us with a preferred way for us to get back to you, a dedicated account manager will then respond to you the very same day and schedule a discovery meeting. You’ll choose a date and time that’s convenient for you and we’ll make it happen!

Step 3: Discovery Meeting Commences

Once you’ve scheduled your time slot for our discovery meeting, we’ll meet in person at the appointed time and have a face-to-face chat. 

Your designated account manager will sit down at the discovery meeting with you and review all the details of your potential project, including all of the specs of the product, and the floor plan. 

During this step, we will ask lots of questions and try to get a good mental picture of just what you envision, what sort of timeline you’re on, and what kind of budget you’re working with.

Step 4: Technology Takes Over

Once we’ve peppered you with questions and have a clear picture of what you want to do, our talented design team will then produce a 3D rendering of the full floor plan you’ve requested. 

This floor plan will represent all the products and specs we discussed during the discovery meeting––which is why we ask you all the things! We don’t want to risk leaving a single detail out.

Step 5: It’s Presentation Time

After we create your 3D rendering, your dedicated account manager will schedule a time to meet with you again, at your convenience. During this meeting, we’ll share with you our presentation and the solution we’re offering, so that you can make an informed decision on how you’d like to move forward.

Step 6: Consistent Contact

Once we’ve nailed down any concerns and changes you want made during the last meeting, we will then schedule additional meetings to review all revisions and provide you with frequent project updates. Our goal is to keep you informed through every step of the process.

Step 7: Signing Off! 

When your final solution is ready, we will send it to you via DocuSign. Once you receive it, you can then sign off on the project and give us the go-ahead to get started. We are so excited to bring your vision to life, but signing the paperwork is an important step, so we can’t move forward without it! 

Step 8: Your Project Commences

If you’ve made it this far, congratulations! We can’t wait to show you the finished result! During this step, your project is handed off to a dedicated project manager, who will oversee your project to completion.
